Can Anyone Visit the Showroom?

KBK is only open to interior designers, architects, builders, and members of the home remodeling trade. Homeowners are welcome to visit the showroom only when accompanied or referred by a KBK-registered interior designer.

Do You Work with Designers Outside of Texas?

Absolutely! We can work with designers wherever they reside.

How Can I Order Samples or Get Quotes?

Contact our sales team at [email protected] or call us at 210-490-8383. Please be ready to provide us with the manufacturer’s name, pattern/item, and quantity. We will send quotes or memos to the address on file. We will follow up if any additional information is required.

Do You Offer Design Services?

We can provide interior designers and decorators CAD drawings for an hourly fee basis.

Do I Need to Schedule an Appointment?

We do not require an appointment. However, we encourage you to set up one-on-one meetings with a sales team member for larger or more in-depth projects. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Holidays may vary.

What Products Do You Offer?

KBK offers a variety of products to complete your projects, such as indoor and outdoor furniture, fabric, lighting, wallcovering, rugs, art, and accessories. Visit our vendor list for a complete list of our products and vendor partners.

How Can I Open an Account?

To open an account, you must provide your business address, contact information, and a Texas Resale number. Click here to register.

What Is the Minimum Order for Fabrics and Wallpaper?

Minimum order requirements for fabric and wallpaper vary by vendor.

What Can I Expect for Lead Times?

Lead times vary depending on the product and production schedule. We do our best to advise our clients on lead times during the quoting process. This ensures you can make the best decision for your project. Lead times start when all materials are on hand for furniture manufacturing. In-stock items typically ship 2-5 business days from the date of order.

Do You Deliver?

Yes. We offer White Glove Delivery service for orders made through KBK. Delivery fees vary depending on the location of delivery and the items ordered. Contact us to receive a quote. Learn more about our White Glove Delivery here.

How Do You Handle Damages and Claims?
